3. Visa and Immigration Disclaimer (Crucial)

Please read this section carefully: Shada Travel & Tour Agency acts solely as an advisory and administrative service provider. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate.

  • No Guarantee of Approval: We do not issue visas, study permits, work permits, or residency statuses. The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the respective government authorities, embassies, or consulates.

  • Processing Times: Any processing times provided by us are estimates based on standard government guidelines. We are not liable for delays caused by embassy backlogs, additional administrative processing, or requests for further documentation.

  • Denials: In the event of a visa rejection, our service fees remain non-refundable, as the fee covers our professional time, document auditing, and administrative labor prior to submission.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the highest chance of success for your applications and travel, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: All documents, academic transcripts, financial records, and personal histories provided to us must be 100% accurate, genuine, and legally obtained. Supplying fraudulent or altered documents to embassies is a severe offense, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate our Services without refund if we suspect document fraud.

  • Valid Identification: You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended date of travel.

  • Timely Communication: You must respond to our requests for documentation or information in a timely manner. We are not responsible for missed deadlines (e.g., university intake closures, visa appointments) caused by client delays.

  • Interview Attendance: If an embassy or university requires an interview, you are solely responsible for attending on time.

If services involve payments:

  • All payments must be made via authorized and secure methods.

  • We do not store any sensitive payment details.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

  • Consultation Fees: Initial consultation and strategy session fees are required to secure an appointment and are non-refundable.

  • Agency Service Fees: Our professional service fees for visa processing, university admissions, or travel management will be outlined in your individual client agreement. Once work has commenced or applications have been filed, these fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for all external fees, including but not limited to government visa application fees, biometric fees, SEVIS fees, university application fees, and courier charges. These fees are paid directly to third parties and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Travel Bookings (Flights & Accommodations)

When we book flights, hotels, or travel insurance on your behalf, we act as an intermediary between you and the third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

  • Supplier Terms: Your bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the third-party suppliers.

  • Changes & Cancellations: Any flight or hotel cancellations, delays, or schedule changes are the responsibility of the airline or accommodation provider. We will assist you with rebooking or claiming refunds where the supplier’s policy allows, but we are not liable for lost funds or disrupted travel due to supplier actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Shada Travel & Tour Agency and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shada Travel & Tour Agency, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Visa rejections, border entry denials, or deportation.

  • Missed university intakes due to government delays.

  • Flight cancellations, lost baggage, or hotel overbookings.

  • Any financial loss or emotional distress related to your travel or relocation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of the service fee you paid directly to us.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal and sensitive data (such as passports, CVs, and financial records) with the utmost care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
